Scheduled On-site engineering of 20 hours/month 

Up to 4 hours of after-hours, emergency support

24/7 Monitoring of 5 network edge devices with Recommended Retail reporting and escalation

2 Hours per month of strategic IT review and/or consulting

Setup charge covers complete network evaluation anddocumentation and recommendation report.

 

Gold Service (Up to 50 Users) includes:        XSOL-103         -      (Contact us for pricing)   

Scheduled On-site engineering of 32 hours/month 

Up to 8 hours of after-hours, emergency support

24/7 Monitoring of 10 network edge devices with Recommended Retail reporting and escalation

2 Hours per month of strategic IT review and/or consulting

XTENSION SOLUTIONS - ADDITIONAL HOURLY RATES

Additional Hourly Rate; per each additional hour above the XSOL-H01 applicable program Normal Business Hours (9AM - 5PM local Partner Price time, Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays) Recommended Retail

After Hours Rate; per each additional hour above the XSOL-H02 applicable program performed outside Normal Business Partner Price Hours (9AM - 5PM local time, Monday - Friday) Recommended Retail

MISCELLANEOUS

Host Site Travel Expense. Travel to HQ location and Atlanta local remote locations is included.

Remote Site Travel Expense. Travel for remote technician is included if the Site is located within forty five (45) miles of a major metropolitan market. If the Site is located greater than forty five (45) miles from a major metropolitan market (defined as having a population of greater than 500,000 people), the ADS PM will provide an estimate of travel costs to the Customer prior to dispatch.
